Customer Service Department

The Customer Service Department consists of a team of highly trained Technical Representatives who are continually being exposed to the latest specialist training both local and oversees. , so they provides quality service and support to all our customers. They are responsible for the installation and commissioning of the relevant equipment, repairs of hardware malfunctions, site preparation and preventative maintenance of all the products which we distribute. This division stocks a wide range of spare parts which enables the company to provide timely repairs in the event of breakdown.

Service offered include Annual Maintenance Service Agreement and also a fully equipped service Workshop where customer’s equipment can be repaired professionally.
